All items sold by Northra Home & Tool LLC are entirely handmade. In the event of delayed order or delivery, customer(s) will receive special email communications (as desired) with updates about the status of their order. This will include, but not be limited to: Order production status; Reason for delay; Communications with courier regarding shipment; etc. Customer(s) will be granted ability to cancel order, if desired, for no less than (7) days in the event of a delayed order due to production delays of Northra Home & Tool LLC. Customer(s) will not be granted refund on delayed deliveries in transit due to courier reasonings, including weather delays, vehicle breakdowns, etc.
